Premium access is a one-time purchase that remains valid for the life of the app and its backend services.
If the app is ever discontinued, your premium access will end. No ongoing charges will occur.

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, the following limits apply based on your user type:

🔍 Home Screen Search Limits (resets hourly):

• Guest: 80 searches per hour
• Logged-in User: 280 searches per hour
• Premium User: 1000 searches per hour

🛒 Home Screen Compare Button Item Cap:

• Guest: compare up to 10 items
• Logged-in User: up to 20 items
• Premium User: up to 100 items

💾 Save Comparison Limits (Compare Screen):

• Guest: must log in to save
• Logged-in User: save up to 5 comparisons
• Premium User: save up to 25 comparisons

🔔 Price Alert Limits:

• Guest: must log in to create alerts
• Logged-in User: up to 5 alerts
• Premium User: up to 25 alerts

We update product listings regularly to ensure pricing and availability stay as accurate as possible.

• Fresh food categories (e.g. fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, bakery) are updated daily.
• All other categories (e.g. pantry, health & beauty, cleaning, household) are refreshed weekly.

Prices shown in the app are based on publicly available online data and may vary by location, state, or individual store.
While we aim for high accuracy, we are not affiliated with Coles, Woolworths, or Aldi and cannot guarantee real-time price changes or stock availability.

Premium purchases are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
However, if the app is permanently discontinued within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a discretionary refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove user accounts at our sole discretion if we detect misuse, breach of terms, or behavior that negatively impacts the app or other users.
In such cases, premium access may be revoked without refund.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or the entire service at any time without prior notice.

We make no warranties regarding app uptime, pricing accuracy, or data completeness. The information provided is for general reference only and should not be relied on as a substitute for checking retailer websites or stores directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the app or the information it provides.

All brand names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Premium access is a one-time payment of AUD $4.99.
There are no recurring fees or subscriptions involved.
